Team 1001 Stories occasionally conducts training and internship programs for young, aspiring Behavioural Science professionals. This post shares updates on the application for the upcoming cohorts.

1. When is the next Training Program starting?

The Q1 2023 training program will start around First week of March 2023.
Please note that there are three cohorts planned:
Cohort 1 = 06 March 2023
Cohort 2 = 17 April 2023
Cohort 3 = 01 June 2023

For Cohort 1, application deadline is 28th Feb 2023.
For Cohort 2 & 3, application deadline is 10th of March.

2. What is the process?

c. The selection team, after evaluating your assignment, may reach out for a final interview round.
Meanwhile, please be patient and kindly avoid messaging the team members at 1001 for updates, as they will not have any direct information to share with you.

d. Once you clear the final interview, training details will be shared with you.

e. Please note there are limited seats in the training batch and we receive a lot of applications from deserving folks. If you do not make the cut, it does’t mean you are lacking in a particular quality. It just means we do not have a separate training team and are trying to get work done for our Clients and teach young aspirants, at the same time. Please bear with us.

3. What is the fee for the Program?
What other details can be shared?

a. There is no fee charged for the training program.

b. The training is virtual, conducted on zoom.
You may have to conduct field visits.
And there may be some optional F2F sessions (for folks who are based out of Bangalore or want to travel to Bangalore for attending them).

c. Trainees are expected to put in two to four hours daily towards the program in addition to the training session.

d. The program lasts approximately 4 – 5 weeks.

e. There are no prerequisites or pre-reading materials for the training.

4. What is the training program like?

The training will cover the art of Consumer Research and Behavioural Solution Design, with an introduction to Context Architecture.

#Training Program:

  1. There is no fee.
  2. The duration is 4 weeks
  3. There is a selection criteria.

The training program aims to teach how to use Behavioural Science and Context Architecture™ for f̶i̶n̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶n̶s̶w̶e̶r̶s̶ asking the right questions.

#Internships Program:

  1. There will be a stipend.
  2. The duration is 8-12 weeks.
  3. Internships are offered to a selected few post the training.

The internship program will focus on how to use Behavioural Science & Context Architecture™ to create better products, brands and people.
